Yambolska Grape Brandy is a brandy that comes from grape varieties; such as, Red Misket, Rkatsiteli, and Dimyat. It's taste is mild and well-balanced. Fruit brandy is the most famous spirit from Bulgaria.
With an alcoholic level of 40%, this is made in several versions, some clear, some with golden colors. Flavors vary as to they type of fruit - plums, figs, cherries, etc. - are used.
