A unique blend of Upper Galilee- Mount Meron- vineyards. Grapes were manually and selectively harvested at dawn, from carefully selected plots on the northern slopes of the mountain, which enjoy an ideal climate for growing high-quality, noble grape varieties. This precision let to superb extraction, which was aged in fine French oak barrels.
