A new California Cabernet Sauvignon, Bonanza is produced by Chuck Wagner, owner and winemaker of Caymus Vineyards. It reflects the “bonanza” of the great state of California – the discovery of land where delicious Cabernet can be farmed.

Parcels of Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah and Zinfandel form the backbone of this wine. Petite Sirah and Merlot were then meticulously selected to add complexity to this intense blend.

Sourced from warm vineyard sites this Cabernet showcases mouth-filling style, intensely ripe and boldy flavored with full harmonious taste and aroma of red sweet fruits. Enjoy this Cabinet with grilled meat, pasta and cheese.

A combination of the sky and the ocean, La Maison Bleue is a perfect symbol of the terroir from which it comes. This cuvée has benefited from the warmth of the South-West sun to develop body and complexity, while at the same time enjoying an oceanic climate which gives it freshness and vivacity.

Taste: harmonious, light, refreshing.

Color - from lightpink to pink.

Color: The wine has a ruby color.
Aroma: Fruity aromas with notes of ripe cherries, currants, prunes, and spicy nuances.
Taste: The full-bodied taste is due to the tannins specific to the variety.
Serving: 16C - 18C with light aeration, alongside meat snacks or chocolate desserts.

Velvety tannic structure and rich aromas of cassis, cedar and vanilla bean. On the palate, you get ripe blackberry with hints of tobacco leaf and leather. Good acid balance makes this a versatile wine to pair with your red meat dishes and pastas.

This Cabernet Sauvignon from Binyamina exhibits a bold and rich structure with inviting red fruit aromas. Full-bodied, slightly herbal, fruity, blackberries on the palate. Long, smooth and elegant finish. Best served with light meat dishes such as veal schnitzel and seafood baked in olive oil and herbs and rich ripe cheeses.
