This is a blend of Sauvignon Blanc, Riesling, and Gewurztraminer from the Grgich family's American Canyon Vineyard, a cool an dwindy site where the grapes ripen late, before the onset of botrytis. It's a beautifully balanced white, scented with notes of honey and brioche.
Pastoral "Kagor" Grand Reserve is a premium dessert wine that is aged for an extended period of time to develop its unique and complex flavors. It is made from high quality Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot Grapes grown in Southern Region of Moldova. Pastoral Grand Reserve is known for its depth and complexity, with layers of fruit, oak, and spice intermingling to create a luxurious and indulgent wine. It pairs well with chocolate desserts, strong cheeses, and fruit-based desserts, such as berry tarts or poached pears.

Opici Madeira is a full rich wine with an amber color and a hearty ripe flavor. It is perfectly suited to creating demi-glaze sauces and adds a burst of flavor to brown sauces pork and poultry gravy.
Tasted at the château, the 2005 Chateau d’Yquem delivers a similar performance as last year. Lucid in colour, the bouquet is detailed with very pure honey, vanilla and almond scents, still a little new oak to be fully assimilated but demonstrating superb focus.
This is stunning from the start, with a silky and refined feel despite the panoply of dried quince, fig, pear and apricot flavors that are exotic in nature. Lovely green tea, orange blossom and persimmon notes fill in the background.
