Fruit was harvested during the cooler night and early morning temperatures. Grapes were de-stemmed and transferred straight to tank presses within hours of picking. Free run and lightly pressed juice was cold settled for 48-72 hours then racked and inoculated with yeast.

Veronica Estates Sauvignon Blanc offers a delightful bouquet of hawthorn, linden, and box flowers, elegantly complemented by zesty tangerine notes. The wine presents a fresh, balanced taste with a smooth and stable presence on the palate.

Sourced from several plots all situated in the lieu-dit of Les Boucauds, this cuvée employs close to 50% of the Sauvignon Blanc planted on the estate. Entirely from terres blanches soils – marls and clays over Kimmeridgian limestone – this wine represents a pure expression of this site as well as the deft winemaking of Stéphane Riffault.

The Chateau Riganes White is made with 100% Sauvignon Blanc grapes. Light gold in color with green reflections. On the nose, bursting aromas of yellow grapefruit, earthy minerals, lemon peel, hints of freshly cut grass and white spring flowers.
