Made with a uniquely American perspective, 1000 Stories is crafted to push boundaries. Our bold Pinot Noir brings distinct notes of wild cherry, black raspberry, vanilla, and coconut oil. These deepen alongside hints of earth and allspice from seasoned American oak—a boldly spirited pursuit of doing things differently.

Aged for 10 months in new French oak and neutral barrels, this rich and lush wine displays Notes of lemon custard and honeyed apple blossoms, with a touch of warm vanilla butter cookies. Vibrant and expressive palate, rich, full mouthfeel, with a luxurious finish.

Spellbound Cabernet Sauvignon showcases lush texture and bold dark fruit flavors with a slight hint of oak and spice. Cedar and tobacco aromas complement integrated lively tannins and fill out your palate, allowing the wine to be consumed on its own or with your favorite food.

Bright lemon and apple aromas mingle with hints of toasty barrel complexity, and on the palate, pear and pineapple with spice and refreshing acidity will have you coming back for another glass.

Our Pinot Noir grapes were destemmed, but not crushed, to retain a significant portion of whole berries for fermentation. After a two-day cold soak, fermentation began giving the wine a breadth and depth of aromas and flavors.

Oak aging has enhanced the primary fruit profile with engaging aromas reminiscent of cloves, cardamom, and dark-roast coffee with hints of tobacco smoke.
