Mt. Amasa is made from grapes grown in the unique terroir of Yatir Forest. The wine was matured for 5 months in combination concrete amphorae, 500 liter oak barrels and stainless steel vats. Mt. Amasa is the meeting place between the Judean Hills, Negev and Judean Desert. 52% Viognier 33% Chenin Blanc 15% Roussanne.

Teperberg Legacy Cabernet Franc 2019 is a refined and elegant dry red wine from one of Israel's oldest wineries. This wine offers an exquisite blend of dark fruit flavors with subtle herbal notes and a smooth, lingering finish.

Due to its distinctiveness, aging will further enhance its taste. This Merlot was aged in new French oak barrels for 20 months. It is a deep red in color with aromas of fruit and coffee. It has intense fruit flavors and is beautifully balanced.

Shiloh Shor Merlot 2023 is a red wine from Israel, produced by the Shiloh winery. Crafted with Merlot grapes, this wine showcases the characteristics of the region. In the 2023 vintage, expect a well-balanced palate with prominent red fruit flavors, subtle hints of spice, and a smooth finish.

La Vie Blanc Du Castel 2023 is a beautifully crafted blend of Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, and Gewürztraminer, each varietal contributing its unique character to this crisp white wine.

This wine is a proprietary blend from the winemakers at Psagot, which means that the grapes will not be revealed but I'm guessing there is either some Syrah or Zinfandel due to the spicy nature of the wine.

The grapes for the Secret Reserve Petit Verdot are night-harvested from the finest vineyards in the Holy Land, and then aged in French oak barrels for 18 months, which contribute to its complexity and balance.

It has a black fruit aroma, with a bouquet of cacao, coffee and vanilla and a very soft tones of spices in the background. The palate echoes scents of black fruit, prunes and cherry and the balanced acidity leaves a refreshing sensation. It's body is full and opulent with a finish that is balanced and prolonged.
