Opening aromatics pilfer from the glass as it pours — notes of key lime, Granny Smith apple and hints of grapefruit, white pepper, frangipani and minerality. The mid-palate and finish complement each other with a delicate and elegant fade of tropical mangosteen and lychee framed by youthful acidity.

Beautiful fruit aromas of zesty lime and Meyer lemon, yellow apple, yellow pear and kiwi complement notes of lemon verbena, chalkboard dust and crushed granite. The delicious fruit flavors carry on a long, minerally finish.

Food-friendly, it's bright and refreshing with an elegantly full-bodied finish.

The grapes for the Herzog Late Harvest Chenin Blanc were harvested from the Ehrhardt block of the Herzog Vineyard in California. These grapes were harvested very late in the season to provide a uniquely luscious Late Harvest wine characteristic.
