Dry white vintage wine, with its the place of origin exactly predetermined, the pride of Georgian winemakers. The wine is made from the Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grape varieties cultivated in the Kakheti region, from the Tsinandali microzone, Georgia.
Mosmieri Tsinandali 2017 is a white dry wine made entirely from autochthonous Rkatsiteli grapes. Hand-harvested grapes are crushed and after short time cold maceration the juice is fermented in high quality stainless steel tanks with temperature control. Even without Mtsvane grape blending it is smooth and balanced like a classical Tsinandali.
This amber wine has been produced from the highest quality selected Khikhvi grapes harvested in Kakheti. Pleasant aromas of nutmeg and honey. Full body, supple and generous palate, with apple, orange, honey and cooked fruit in abundance. All these and more flavors blaze the mouth until you have swallowed it, when the aftertaste is a wondrously fresh.

Produced from Saperavi grapes grown in our estate owned vineyards in village Tsinadali of Kakhet region. Fermentation is driven by natural yeast. Aged in oak barrels. Deep cherry red color, with black prune, blackberry, cherry and vanilla tones. The aftertaste is long and spicy with touch of oak, supported by silky tannins. Perfect pair to grilled beef, game and old cheese. Recommended serving temperature 66-68 degrees F.

Alazani Valley is an excellent wine cultivated at Eastern Georgia. This wine is produced using selected Saperavi grapes grown in winery's own vineyards. This wine has a rich fruit tones and balanced unique flavor, recommended to be served together with fruits and cheese under the temperature of 60 °F - 65 °F.
The wine appeared in 1981 and is named after the artist Nikolai (Niko) Pirosmanashvili. The wine is made from Saperavi grapes. After 5-7 days of maceration, when the desired level of residual sugar is reached, the fermentation process is stopped by cooling and filtering the wine, thereby preserving its natural sweetness and freshness. The wine is made from Rkatitseli grape variety from Telavi region using old Georgian traditional technology. Juice fermentation and aging on skins was done in Qvevri for 6 months. The wine is characterized with light straw color, soft tannins and velvet aftertaste. Best matches with cheese and meat.
