It comes from a grand estate close to Carcassonne where the Château was built by the same architect as Versailles and where King Louis XIII left his travelling bed, possibly in the hope of a return visit.

The Beach By Whispering Angel is made from grapes sourced from amongst the most choice Vineyards in the appellation of Côteaux d’Aix-en-Provence. Harvesting is conducted in the morning to help to avoid the heat of the day & to keep the crop fresh. The Beach is vinified in Stainless Steel, Temperature Controlled, Fermentation Tanks, remaining on the lees, in order to give texture to the juices.
Grape variety, 100% Sauvignon Blanc, organic (not certified), 8 months' ageing in bulk with some lees stirring, lightly fined & filtered before bottling. Located at the northern edge of the appellation De Tracy's vineyard is south-west facing, on flint and Kimmeridgian soils and extends from "Tracy hill" to the "Champs de Cris" plateau. 32 hectares are in production.
