Riesling grapes were harvested in September and October at the peak of flavor ripeness. Fermentation temperatures were maintained at 55-60 degrees F to preserve Riesling’s fresh and fruity character.

A sweet but balanced wine with a generous mouth feel. The distinct aroma and flavor of fresh Concord grapes. Pairs well with grilled meats, roasted vegetables and other savory fare.

This "summer Chardonnay" shows bright tropical flavors highlighted by a touch of French oak. Ripe citrus, summer fruit, peach, and pear, aligned with a touch of vanilla and smoke; partially barrel fermented.

Grown in Paso Robles, California, this bold and rich Cabernet Sauvignon displays wonderful aromas of black cherry, boysenberry and tobacco. A soft mouth feel and pleasantly rich soft tannins makes this big red a perfect food wine.

Red C Sauvignon Blanc dry Creek Valley Sonoma County Allan Nelson Vineyard - This limited production Sauvignon Blanc honors traditions both old and new. Sauvignon Blanc comes from a region in Northern California where Sauvignon Blanc is considered the king of white wines.

Floral aromas of violets and rose petals dance with wild strawberries on the nose of this wine. The mouthfeel, silky and refined, brightens with ripe chokeberry and currant, while touches of pipe tobacco and worn leather round out the sip.

Kedem wines are produced using carefully selected grapes grown in some of New York State’s finest vineyards. The wines are produced in Kedem’s own wine cellar by the eighth generation descendants of the winery’s founder.

Elouan is an Oregon Pinot Noir, crafted by Californian winemakers. The winery is emulating the successful sourcing philosophy we introduced with Meiomi.
