100% Pinot Noir from organically farmed vineyards within the Willamette Valley. The majority of the blend is from Finnigan Hill Vineyard - a higher elevation site in the Chehalem Mountains AVA.
Audeant Pinot Noir is blended to capture the beauty of small, thoughtfully tended vineyards tucked against forests high in the hills of the Willamette Valley. Late ripening sites, farmed for biodiversity, deliver fruit packed with energy, ripened by light, balanced with tensile acidity.
Crafted in 6 ton fermentors, the cap management was primarily pump and pour overs combined with a few rack and returns. Spontaneously fermented by indigenous yeast, each fermentor reached temperatures between 87-90 degrees F.

Expressive and refined, our 2022 Pinot Noir Laurène captures the exquisite essence of the Dundee Hills. Charismatic on the nose, it weaves together dried rose petals, elderberry, tart cherries, spiced vanilla, rhubarb, and wild herbs.
The intriguing dark rosewood color of this wine is accentuated by tantalizing aromas. The dominant fruit scents favor black plums, currants and other darker fruits, with more complex aromas of graphite and smoked meats.
