Panza is the second label from Quixote Winery; it’s made from the organic fruit from the Estate, but unlike Quixote wines, it's available outside of the winery. Philippe Melka is the winemaker, and his style works magic with the Stag's Leap District fruit.

“The Brooklynites 3.0,” our third orange wine, is made from Gewurztraminer grapes grown in Los Carneros, Napa Valley. The orange hue of this wine comes from the skin contact and maceration during fermentation; the same process that gives red wine its color, tannins and also contributes to its flavor.

Fragrant earthiness lies beneath rich black cherry and plum flavors in this full-bodied, deep-colored wine. Mocha, cardamom and baked cherry enhance the wine's refreshing acidity and powerful tannins that find harmony on the lingering finish.

A beautiful expression of the Carneros appellation, this Pinot Noir opens with lively aromas of strawberry, ripe red cherry, and a touch of baking spice. The palate is greeted with a juicy, full-bodied mouthfeel and refreshing, well-balanced acidity that lingers on the finish.

Opens with fresh plums that intertwine with coffee & cedar. An effortless mix of blackberries & baking spice, the Merlot is complex & elegant, offering smooth layers of pomegranate & a depth of dark chocolate that carries through the persistent finish.

Layered flavors of tropical fruit and clove combine with elegant hints of oak and caramelized sugar to create a creamy, rich mouthfeel that lingers with a soft finish.

Dark, brooding color with purple edges. A unique viscosity to this wine in the glass and immediate savory spices drifting outward. Dark red berries, Hawaiian starfruit, root beer cask, and sweet bark emerge as you lean in.

Medium bodied, for Napa Cab, and very pretty showing violets and loads of blue fruit. A very well balanced wine.

The 2022 Joel Gott Unoaked California Chardonnay has aromas of ripe pear, Fuji apple, pineapple, and melon with citrus notes. On the palate, the wine opens with bright fruit flavors and acidity, followed by a round mouthfeel on the mid-palate and crisp minerality on the finish.

Fresh, medium bodied white wine, golden straw in color. Notes of pineapple and green apple fruit. Silky mouth-feel. It has flavors of lemongrass that carry the complex, yet clean finish.

Graceful, pure and polished, this enticing Chardonnay offers tantalizing aromas of green apple, nectarine, and candied citrus, with fragrant hints of roasted nuts and acacia blossoms.

The Dalla Valle wines from the 2011 vintage are an achievement. In many parts of Napa Valley, the season brought challenges, like cool temperatures, early rain, and a relatively late harvest. Dalla Valle's vineyard, perched several hundred feet above the valley, with its western exposure and rocky conditions, performed exceptionally well.

Overflowing with a fresh black cherry aroma, the lush opening of our Cabernet Sauvignon is instantly appealing. The first sip is as satisfying as the aroma with vibrant ripe cherry and chocolate notes, balanced by a touch of oak spice.

This Pinot Noir is all about delicacy. Rich, candy apple red in color with aromas of ripe cherries that are accented by rose and white oak. Bright summer strawberries and raspberries make their way out of the glass to deliver a true palate pleaser.
