In order to be a representative of the whole Danube appellation KAMPTAL, vineyards and grapes from the lower part of the valley, as well as grapes from the upper and higher altitude part of valley are used. The grapes from the lower part bring the maturity, whereas grapes from the upper part of the valley brings us the freshness in this wine. The ‘classical’ KAMPTAL wine is low in Alcohol (11,5 – 12,5%) and has a pleasant but not obtrusive aroma and fruit character and therefore is a perfect food companion.
Vaziani produces this 2018 Vaziani Makashvili Kisi Qvevri Géorgie Blanc, a white wine from Georgia harvested in 2018.
Makashvili Wine Cellar is one of the oldest and most well respected estates in Georgia. The 2018 Khikhvi is produced from estate grown hand harvested grapes from the village of Kardenakhit. It is aged in Qvevri for 6 months with skins and stems.
The wine is characterized with ruby color with violet nuances, rich aroma of ripe forest fruits and cheery.
Light orange color wine with golden highlights, made in Qvevri, traditional ancient technology. Intense aromas of dried apricot, yellow peach and melon. The palate is soft and rich, with elegant citrus custard notes. Long finish with silky tannins.

Pink-hued and funky, this skin-contact orange wine brims with clementine and orange peel notes on the nose, supported by an overtone of honeysuckle. The light palate has a texture reminiscent of citrus pith and tingles with freshness, while clementine and white pepper notes are highlighted by the bone-dry nature. Appellation controlled white dry wine produced from specially selected Rkatsiteli and Mtsvane grapes grown in Tsinandali appellation of Kakheti region. This wine perfecty preserves aroma typical to these varieties displayed with fresh grapes, quince and wild flowers flavor deliciously combined with oak and vanilla notes remaining with long finish. Recommended serving temperature 52-54°F.
This dry amber wine is made of Goruli Mtsvane grape variety, derived from the Kartli region. It was made in Qvevri using the Georgian traditional method with the long skin contact. It has amber color and dominant aromas of yellow fruits and almond at the beginning and dried fruits and spices at the finish. This Goruli mtsvane wine is well balanced and has the velvety tannins. It perfectly pairs with the grilled vegetables and barbeque.
