Cantina Giuliano is one of Europe's only fully Kosher wineries and farm to table restaurants. Brilliant straw yellow, on the nose Donnafugata SurSur Grillo offers a fresh bouquet with captivating notes of white-fleshed fruit (peach and cantaloupe melon) combined with scents of wildflowers and mint. The fruity notes resurface on the palate with pleasant freshness and smoothness.

The aromas of this complex red wine range from cherries and plums to gladiolus flowers and earthy flint. The tannic, oak-aged flavors are bright and round, with a dry, warm, earthy finish.

Gavi is crafted from the Cortese grape cultivated in the sun-drenched Terre del Gavi hills of Piedmont. This distinctive combination of microclimate and clay marl soils results in a crisp and well-balanced wine, boasting an expressive bouquet of floral and vibrant citrus notes which result in a savory freshness.

The butteri are among Italy's most skilled horsemen and women. A kinship bound by honor and integrity, they are devoted to upholding the ancient tradition of herding wild cattle through Tuscany's rugged terrain.
