The Cave "Old Vines" represents the Cave winery's masterpiece. This fine wine was made from quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on mature vines that were planted in the early 1980's in Kerem Ben Zimra in the upper Galilee region of Israel. The combination processes followed by 24 months of aging in French oak barrels inside the cave, created a complex wine that will gracefully age for over a decade.
The Stratus cloud is characterized by its many layers as is this wine, produced from 100% Shiraz grapes grown in the Galilee. Hand harvested from low yield vineyards, one can discern flavors of cocoa and spice with a down to earth, rich drinkability. The wine was aged for 14 months in oak barrels.

The Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon features classic Cabernet characters of berries and plum, complemented by complexing notes of herbs, earth and spice. With satisfying body and good concentration of flavor, the wine is wonderful for everyday drinking. Enjoyable upon release, the Mount Hermon Cabernet Sauvignon should remain in great drinking condition for about three years from harvest. Give the wine a go with barbequed beef ribs, a lamb meatball sandwich or rich mushroom risotto.
The dark-purple Yarden Syrah shows off a rich and complex array of characteristics including ripe cherries and wild berries, layered with notes of earth, chocolate, and hints of anise. An attractive background of oak adds to the wine's full body and high concentration of flavor.
