Wine Man Tsinandali 2013
Apellation-origin-controlled, dry white wine Tsinandali is made from rkatsiteli and mtsvane grape varieties grown in the Tsinandali-specific viniculture zone. The wine has a pale-straw color and pleasant mineral and perfumed aroma, accompanied by notes of apple, peach, quince, and vanilla.
This wine is delicate, full bodied with refreshing acidity, and has a long finish. It pairs best with fish, white meats, salads, or seafood. Recommended serving temperature of 50–54 degrees F.
85% Rkatsiteli, 15% Mtsvane. Wine Man is a family-owned winery, founded by Alexandre I. Jorjadze in 1998 in Georgia, which has been making high-quality, classic Georgian wines since. Jorjadze comes from a noble dynasty of Kakhetian Dukes who had a significant influence in the development of Georgian wine production. Alexandre's grandfather, Prince Alexandre M. Jorjadze, was a well-known winemaker who had admirers of his wine in Tiflis. The company's ambition is to make the highest-quality wines, skillfully and harmoniously combining traditional methods of Georgian winemaking with modern technologies.
