Refreshing fragrance of citrus, pears, and white peaches. Full bodied and well structured on the palate with a balanced play of fruit and acidity, a long finish, and good aging potential.
100% Weissburgunder. The harvest was completed September 12th 2012. Fermentation in wooden casks (1500 l) with native yeasts. Aged for 6 months in casks on the entire lees.
