The taste of this wine is soft, strong, clean, pleasant, well-balanced. The aroma is elegant and refined; it starts with shades of peach, and then continues tones of pineapple, banana, pear and green pepper.
In the heart of South Tyrol grapes are grown with the intoxicating aroma of which produce excellent wine "Stoan". Vineyards grow on rocky limestone soils and rich in minerals. The grapes are harvested by hand and gently pressed into small containers. Aged in large wooden barrels and bottled in May. Wine "Stoa" 2012 - elegant, refined, soft and well-balanced.
