Medium-bodied, dry. Lemon and flowers on the nose precede a palate of pepper, apples, and gooseberry. The finish is citrusy and stony with just enough sugar-fruit balanced with bright acids. Pair with fried food, Indian and Asian cuisine, young cheese with fruit, and German sausages with kraut and potatoes.
