This limited-edition Japanese whisky was crafted by Chief Blender Shinji Fukuyo. The blend of malt and grain whiskies from Yamazaki, Hakushu, and Chita distilleries was finished in sakura (Japanese cherry) casks, imparting the harmonious spirit with gentle floral and spicy notes.

Souvenir 15yr Whiskey is a masterfully crafted blend of the finest whiskeys, aged naturally in oak casks for 15 years. The extended maturation imparts a depth of flavor that is rich, complex, and remarkably smooth.

Japanese Whisky- 40.0% ABV. A premium blend of whiskies, aged up to 12 years in barrel with a minimum malt whisky content of 40%. Light in style with a rich backbone of malt whisky character.

FUYU means "winter" in Japanese. Fuyu Mizunara is a three year old blend made up of 50% malt and 50% grain. This whisky is matured in American white oak barrels, with a six month finishing period in Mizunara barrels.

The Japanese public preferred a softer, smoother, less-smokey version of whisky, and their master distillers worked tirelessly to cater to the public's flavor profile. The result, a whisky that rivals even the legendary scotches because of the quality and never before seen flavor and finishes.

The Kyoto Kuro-Obi Black is an authentic bourbon whisky, aged in American oak barrels for depth and complexity. Blended with carefully selected malts, it delivers a rich, smooth character with a distinct flavor profile.

Unlike Bourbon or Rye, which, by definition, must be aged in new oak barrels, their US-1 Unblended American Whiskey is aged in a way that utilizes bourbon-soaked barrels to achieve a rich and unique flavor profile.

Distilled from 100% malted barley through a Coffey still, which is rarely done given the complexity and skill required, Nikka Coffey Malt Whisky boasts notes of cinnamon, clove, lemon and rich oak, making it ideal for sipping neat or as the base spirit in a cocktail.

Canadian Club Blended Canadian Whiskey has subtle flavors of rye, rye malt, barley and corn that marry perfectly before being aged in white oak barrels. The result is a smooth, light, mellow flavor that is the first choice.

A fantastic 18 year old Japanese whisky from the Hakushu distillery, a malty, fruity whisky of real quality. Orange, pear and a dry smokiness. Fruit salad. Carstairs White Seal Whiskey is a blend of Bourbons, grain whiskeys, and neutral spirits. The taste is sharp and biting just like the finish. Some of the old ad materials from the 1950s are current collectors items.

Japan- Nikka From the Barrel is a blend of mulitple types of malt and grain that Nikka reserves. Created to deliver full flavors and richness of whisky "from barrels" which only blenders can sniff and taste. The liquid marriage is rested in used casks for 3-6 months.
