Kavalan PX Cask Strength

PX Sherry is one of Kavalan whisky's classic collection. The new make spirit matured in the PX sherry casks produces our uniquely special character and flavour with classic fruity, nutty and chocolate aromas.

Color: Honey gold

Nose: There is a nice rosemary with a hint of lemongrass, sweet citrus and a pleasant toffee. The finale is reminiscent of an enticing sweet oakiness.

Palate: Very fruity and warm, with nice results from the combination of classical PX sherry characters and sub-tropical maturation in the heat of Taiwan i.e. smooth and mellow. The juicy raisin and honey syrup lingers persistently in the mouth.

Tasting: We suggest drinking Kavalan Solist PX Sherry Cask neat. It is also perfect with desserts.
