Our 100% rye mash is aged more than six years and finished in toasted Amontillado Sherry casks, balancing the rye spice with soft sherry notes. Distilled in Canada. Bottled by Heaven's Door Spirits, Memphis, Tennessee.

Deep amber in color with aromas of spice, cinnamon, and creamy vanilla. Rich and full bodied with classic peppery rye notes with sweet bourbon-like accents followed by a long and velvety finish.

Distilled and bottled in Kentucky, aged a minimum of three years, this whiskey offers a dry core with hints of oak and leather, winding into a spiced finish that levels off with nuanced caramel and tart cherry.

A big ole nose of cinnamon stick, clove, vanilla, peppermint, and burned sugar is freshened up with crisp green apple. Very spicy, with cinnamon, crisp mint and fennel. Underlying sweet notes of caramel, molasses, vanilla, macaroon, cocoa, and candied fruit.
