This straight rye from Redemption is finished in Caribbean rum casks. This results in a unique combination of the spice that rye is known for with the sweetness of rum. Rye, fruit. Spice, rich, sweet rum.
Aged for a minimum of 3 months in Jamaica and Barbados rum barrels. The Barbados barrels give a warm richness and the Jamaica barrels give a fruity finish. Both of these flavors combine into a long finish.
