Clean straw wine, yellow coat with green hues and high density. The first contact on the nose is the result of small percentage of Dona Blanca 80, made at very low temperatures, which gives the wine a touch of tropical fruit, pineapple, mango, peach, pear, etc.
The Soto del Vicario vineyard has a total of 19 hectares. The old vines cover 11.5 hectares, made up of 190 plots patiently acquired over time, many of them token in size, ranging from just 0.04 hectares at their smallest, up to 0.8 hectares at their largest. The vines here range in age from 50 to 110 years old and include Mencía, Godello, Doña Blanca, Jerez and Malvasía varieties.
