Riberal Joven 2011
A clean, intensely vivid, violet-red colored wine, with shades of lilac and blue being noticeable on the rim of the glass. A clean, expressive, intense, and long-lasting bouquet whose primary aromas are reminiscent of ripe fruit. Light, fleshy, and velvety with a highly-balanced glyceric content. Smooth, elegant, and long-lasting taste. Recommended with red or roasted meats.
100% Tinto Fino (Tempranillo). Elaborated, aged, and estate bottled by Bodegas Santa Eulalia S.A., located in Horra in the heart of the Ribera del Duero and owned by Bodegas Frutos Villar. The beginning of the Frutos Villar family's professional involvement in the wine market can be traced back to the early 20th century when they only produced and sold wine locally from the Toro region. Well before the so-called "Denominaciones de Origen" or DO came into being, they set up their first winery at Toro in 1920.
