Intense bigarreau-cherry color, bright and clean. Its characteristics give a rich nose, with tertiary aromas coming from oak aging: vanilla, leather, and tobacco. Nevertheless, primary aromas can still be felt: blackberry and raspberry. It is rounded, meaty, and persistent in the mouth with a harmonious and elegant combination of acid and tannin flavors. It can be paired with grilled meat, red meat, small and big game, Iberian ham, or stews.
