Quinta do Infantado Tinto 2017
Sourced from a vineyard planted to Touriga Franca, Touriga Nacional and Tinta Roriz; this site has been farmed organically since it was planted in 1998. The fruit is partially destemmed, then foot-trodden, as has been the tradition here since 1816.
Fermentation is in done in lagar, and malolactic is in tank. The wine is aged 7 months in tank and 10 months in French oak barrels of various origins and ages.
