It is a very smooth, easy to drink wine that pairs well with poultry and pasta dishes. Papi Merlot is a Demi-sec wine from Central Valley, Chile, with a 12% ABV. It has no sugar added and is sweetened by must, or all-natural, freshly-crushed grape juice.
