Aroma: of medium intensity, with notes of candied fruits, mango, yellow melon, and quince.
Taste: pleasant, sweet, and intense, with flavors of exotic fruit jam, mango, and a finish of pomelo, candied fruit, pears, quinces, and apricots.
Serving temperature: 7-8°C.
Food pairing: pairs well with heavily spiced or even spicy dishes; it's an excellent partner for natural cheeses. It also goes very well with desserts based on candied fruits. It can be served as an aperitif or alongside savory dishes.
