Domaine des Lises is a juicy, youthful Syrah with classic blackberry and pepper aromas and a palate of ripe plums and damsons over supple tannins.
This red Crozes Hermitage is the principal wine produced by Alain Graillot's son Maxime, called 'Domaine des Lises'. It is more structured with firmer tannins than it's 'Equinoxe' sibling. This Crozes-Hermitage wine is a classic mid-weight offering that can be drunk young 'sur les fruits' but can easily support 2-3 years bottle-age.
