Very mineral. Flint, citrus, juniper, and rosewood. Spritely. Wide awake. Pair with grilled tuna with freshly ground black pepper and grilled vegetables.
The lively riesling's acidity combined with the natural, residual sugars make an interesting wine full of "joie de vivre." Sail out to sea in a boat, go up on deck, and make a "bomb."
