Saperavi is a dry red wine made from saperavi grapes. It is a rich purple red and youthful, with plenty of woodland and berry fruit and cherries on the nose. The taste is well balanced with spicy notes. Matches with roast beef, lamb, or grilled steak. Serve at 61–65 degrees F.
