Mildian red dry wine is made from Saferavi in Kakheti, traditionally fermented in kvevri and aged in oak barrels. The drink has a deep burgundy color and a complex, rich aroma, in which oak tones from aging in oak barrels are felt with elements of lively fruit, licorice, blueberry, gin, tobacco and spices.
The wine has a full, well-balanced, developed taste. It goes very well with barbecue, fried spicy meat dishes and kubdar.
