According to legend, the monk who first tasted sparkling wine famously exclaimed, "Come quickly - I am tasting the stars!" The monk's "stars" - the tens of millions of bubbles in each bottle of sparkling wine - were the "big bang" of the world's love affair with bubbles. At this Maison, established in 1898, 6th generation winemakers oversee production of each bottle of BELAIRE, ensuring that the perfect balance is realized in each bottling, maintaining the delicate, refreshing blend characteristic of our cuvees.
