Yellow pale color of medium intestity with greenish reflections, tiny bubbles constantly being released. On the nose patisserie, pastries, and red apples aromas. On the palate it shows volume with excellent carbonic intergration and hints of toasted notes in the finish. Fresh and long with great balance that makes it ideal for appetizers, light meals, and rice and fish dishes.

45% Macabeo, 30% Xarel-lo, 20% Parellada, 5% Chardonnay. Produced and bottled by Gaston Coty. The cellars where Gaston Coty produce their wine were built in 1906. They are the oldest in the center of Sant Sadurni, the capital city of the Cava region. In 1998 Manel Martinez, with his son Carlos, started up the L'Origan project, an exclusive and elegant cava that has its origins in 1906. That year the first underground cellar in Sant Sadurni d'Anoia was built, which led to one of the first wineries. The cellars measure 13,482 sq. ft., 928 of which are underground, with vaulted ceilings in many places. This kind of construction is designed to reach an ambient temperature between 64 and 68 degrees F without the use of artificial refrigeration, with a constant half-light, as well as the lack of noises and vibrations; all of these factors are necessary for the production of high-quality wines.
