Wine

This dry white wine is made from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Judea and Samaria regions of Israel. The grapes were harvested early, and matured for 10 months in French oak barrels, and underwent batonnage (stirring of the lees in a barrel) once a week.

Psagot Merlot is a rich wine, characterized by a tight body and an acidic backbone. This wine features aromas of red forest fruit, red plum, red and black cherry, and a touch of green.

60% Syrah, 20% Argaman, 20% Cabernet Sauvignon. The wine is a complex and balanced, rich, red blend, combining pleasant aromas and wonderful flavors with a long and delightful finish.

Or Haganuz - a unique blend of Mount Meron terroir and selected vineyards rich with history that can be traced back for centuries. The result is high quality boutique wines with a distinctive identity. This wine was produced from northern Galilee Sauvignon Bland and Chardonnay grapes froth Avtalion and Yohanan vineyards.

Psagot Winery was established in the summer of 2003. The winery's cellar is a cave which keeps an optimal constant temperature with high humidity, making it an ideal environment for the aging of wine.

This dry red wine was produced from a blend of Merlot grapes grown in the Upper Galilee. After fermentation, the wine underwent extended skin contact before being transferred to French Oak barrels for a maturation period of 14 months.

One of Israel's finest red blends, Flam Noble is sourced from the Galilee's pristine Dishon, Ben Zimra, and Mata vineyards. Elegant in its composition, this wine is aged for 20 months in new French oak giving it a well-balanced and robust character suitable for any fine dining experience.

This Sauvignon Blanc has a pale light color with typical aromas of passion fruit and green apples tinged with pleasant herbal notes. Its crisp finish and fine balance make it the ideal accompaniment to fish such as flounder and bass.

50% Cabernet Sauvignon, 50% Syrah- The nose is brimming with aromas of black currants and figs. The grapes have been carefully selected to impart a tightly-knit structure and a pleasant jammy texture. This wine is one of the noble cuvées of the Nadiv range; 18 months of aging in French oak barrels rounds out a wine that is complex and elegant.

The 2021 Yarden Pinot Gris exhibits an aromatic blend of nashi pear, guava, lime, melon and banana fruit characters, along with notes of mineral and spice. With medium body, this captivating wine presents attractive and lingering flavor.

Yarden Chardonnay was produced entirely from Chardonnay grapes grown in the Golan Heights. The cool climate, rocky volcanic soil, and high altitude are ideal conditions for growing classic wine grape varieties.

1848 Winery Generations Red Blend 2022 is a dark red wine bursting with vibrant flavors of red fruit, mint, and tobacco leaves. Full-bodied and rich, it offers a complex profile that captivates the palate.

100% Cabernet Sauvignon produced from the Golan Heights and Upeer Galilee. The wine is aged for 18 months in French oak. Complex with layers of rich black fruit. Balanced, full bodied with a long finish.
