Yarden Pinot Noir Non-Mevushal 2021

Named after the Hebrew word for the Jordan River, which bisects the Golan Heights from the Galilee, the Yarden Collection is the premier label and flagship brand of Golan Heights Winery. Using only the finest grapes from the best vineyards each year to produce each expression.

One of the lighter expressions in the collection is Yarden Pinot Noir. Although it is lighter in color and body, don't let that fool you this wine is quite complex and elegant. On the palate you can expect sweet berry flavors that are rounded out by violets, subtle warm spices and oak.
