Gilgal Brut
Blend | Israel
This wine was produced from Pinot Noir and Chardonnay, all grown in the cool climate of the Golan Heights using only traditional methods, and aged for a minimum of one year in this bottle. Bright yet delicate notes of orange blossoms and green apples, layered with hints of tropical fruits, wild strawberries, and fresh flowers.
50% Pinot Noir, 50% Chardonnay. Golan Heights Winery was founded in 1983 in the Golan Heights. Here, in this breathtaking strip of land, everything begins with the right conditions—volcanic basaltic soil, suitable topography, and cool high-altitude climate. This unique combination is what gives Golan Heights its second name of "wine country."
