The blend consists of 54% Cabernet Sauvignon, 22% Marselan, 16% Merlot, and 8% Sangiovese from our vineyards in the Judean Hills region. This wine pays tribute to the Marsalis family, known as “the first family of jazz.”

Song of Solomon is a pure Cabernet Sauvignon wine, made from selected clusters of the very successful vintage of 2019. This wine is faithful to the noble origin of the variety combined with our unique terroir, the result of the warm Mediterranean climate, and the microclimate in the hills of our vineyards.

A boutique Bordeaux-style blend, rich in flavors. The grapes were carefully selected by hand from a vineyard in the Judean Hills. The wine was aged in fine French oak barrels for 12 months. The wine is full-bodied, rich in fruit aromas, balanced, fleshy, and very enjoyable to drink.

A limited and numbered special edition available only at the winery. The wine is a French-style blend, which consists of 66% Cabernet Sauvignon, 24% Marselan, and 10% Merlot from a single vineyard in the Judean Hills.

Blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Sirah & Shiraz. The grapes for “our” Jewel were sourced and hand harvested from our finest plots of our highest quality vineyards in the Judean Hills.

Barkan Reserve Chardonnay is from the Barkan Winery, the second largest in Israel. It was founded in 1990, and its head winemaker is Ed Salzberg. The winery moved to Kibbutz Hulda near Rehovot in 2000.

Dark, almost inky ruby red in color, with on the nose a powerful attack of sweet and spicy oak with notes of vanilla and cinnamon followed by jammy cherries and cloves.

Ephod Gesher Cabernet Sauvignon Syrah blends the best of both varietals. The aroma features notes of blackcurrant, ripe plums, and a touch of cedar. On the palate, this wine balances the structural backbone of Cabernet Sauvignon with the lush fruitiness and depth of Syrah.

DAROM (South), from the creator of Yatir Winery, brings you the southern wine country in all its glory. The winery team has expanded the boundaries of the terroir, giving it an exciting interpretation.

Our first Chenin Blanc was meticulously harvested early in the season to retain its acidity and aromas. This wine underwent partial aging in the finest oak barrels. Exhibiting a bright straw hue, this well-structured wine boasts aromas reminiscent of fresh spring flowers, guava, ripe citrus fruit, and Anjou pear.

Dark garnet in color, with aromas of jammy raspberries and blackberries, dried flowers, green bell pepper, and freshly brewed coffee, with hints of toasted oak and a touch of freshly cracked black pepper.

The harvest of the Petite Sirah grapes for this Secret Reserve Petite Sirah is carefully done by hand and at night from the best vineyards in the Holy Land. This wine was aged in new French oak barrels for 18 months. Only the best barrels are chosen before bottling.

The Netofa Tel Qasser Red is a Rhone blend aged for 10 months in French oak barrels. Deep purple in color, fresh blackberries and raspberries on the nose followed by dried violets, lavender as well as hints of grilled meat and black pepper.

A sweet and precise dessert wine with layers of tropical fruit, citrus peels and sweet spices, along with a subtle minerality. Has a dominant and very long ending. Made of Gewurztraminer grapes from a late harvest from vineyards in the Upper Galilee. The wine matured for 6 months in French oak barrels.

Omega Blend, formerly Delta winery, is a wine with a prominent presence, rich in aromas of ripe berries alongside the aroma of toasted wood. On the palate the wine is very tight and long. Made from Cabernet Sauvignon, Petit Verdot and Shiraz grapes. The wine matured for 18 months in French oak barrels.
