This fine wine was made from quality Cabernet Sauvignon grapes grown on mature vines that were planted in the early 1980's in Kerem Ben Zimra in the upper Galilee region of Israel. The combination processes followed by 24 months of aging in French oak barrels inside the cave, created a complex wine that will gracefully age for over a decade.
