Kedem wines are produced using carefully selected grapes grown in some of New York States finest vineyards. The wines are produced in Kedem's own wine cellar by the eighth generation descendants of the winery's founder.

Kesser Concord Grape is a sweet and fruity table wine crafted from 100% Concord grapes. Its rich flavor profile pairs beautifully with light-flavored fish or chicken dishes.

Grown in Clarksburg, this Pinot Noir boasts intense aromas of red cherry and chocolate. Soft notes of ripe black cherry and strawberry jam on the palate. A kiss of oak brings out hints of sandalwood and cinnamon to a smooth and lasting finish.

Farbrengen Light Red is a delicious, natural, low-alcohol table wine with a smooth, light flavor. Perfect for Kiddush or enjoying during the four cups of Passover. Its rich taste and gentle sweetness make it ideal for any celebration.

Very unique Herzog creation as the winery took some of their best Cabernet Sauvignon grapes and aged them exclusively on French oak that imparts flavors of vanilla and chocolate and even some clove and spice.

Kedem Tokay Wine is a lightly sweetened, full-bodied natural grape wine crafted in New York State. With an alcohol content of 11.5% by volume, it delivers a smooth and satisfying flavor perfect for any occasion.

Stoudemire's Origin is a bold and rich Cabernet Sauvignon that displays wonderful aromas of black cherry, boysenberry and tobacco. A soft mouth feel and pleasantly rich soft tannin make this full-bodied red a perfect pairing.

Ideal conditions throughout the growing season brought the Cabernet Sauvignon grapes to peak ripeness, resulting in vivid fruit flavors and soft, supple tannins. Fruit set for Cabernet Sauvignon was excellent, which allowed us to produce a wine that is 100% Cabernet Sauvignon.

This wine perceived sweetness on the palate, with refreshing with aromas of fresh-cut strawberry and cotton candy. A crisp texture bright color and distinctive fresh taste.

King David Sacramental Sweet Red Wine is a rich and smooth wine, perfect for ceremonial and sacramental purposes. Crafted with care, it offers a delightful sweetness and full-bodied flavor, ideal for celebrations and special occasions.

Covenant Cabernet shows off its signature tannins—soft, ripe and lush—as they frame a richly layered blend of anise, cassis, blackberry, chocolate, and spice flavors.

Our Single Vineyard collection is inspired by the Herzog family's ongoing commitment to sourcing and prospecting new vineyards. The Dry Creek Valley appellation features ancient hills with rocky soil that drains exceptionally well helping to stress the vines late in the growing season, and concentrate the flavors of Cabernet Sauvignon.

The vines for Dignitary Pinot Noir are heavily influenced by the Petaluma Gap which is a wind gap named after a coastal mountain opening that stretches east from the Pacific.
