The impressive style and charm of this individual-block shiraz with its striking black/purple color, sweet-berry perfumed nose and rich, ripe blackberry and chocolate flavors encouraged the farm to keep it separate. These grapes were grown in a truly beautiful setting adjoining the gum-tree studded creek and amongst park-like surrounds. 97% Shiraz, 3% Viognier. Set among the rolling hills on the banks of Greenock Creek at Seppelsfield, Hentley Farm is a boutique vineyard owned by Keith and Alison Hentschke. The property has a long history of farming and viticulture.
