This wine is composed of 39% Shiraz, 19% Marselan, 14% Zinfandel, 11% Merlot, 8% Tempranillo, 5% Mourvedre & 4% Viognier, deriving from various regions in the Negev.
Crisp, bright, and vivacious! The Chenin aromatics bring citrus characters of tangerine, yuzu, pear, orange blossom, and honeydew melon. The Viognier aromatics tend to be a little heavier on stone fruit of peach and mango with hints of honeysuckle.
Perret’s approach to winegrowing is classic: respect each individual terroir—he produces several single-vineyard wines—and work the soil to avoid the need for chemical treatments. His goal is to make fresh, structured wines, in “a sort of Burgundian style” as he says, but without too much wood; wines that aren’t too worked over and will age well.
Slightly sweet and aromatic, full of tropical fruit aromas, with Muscat flavors folded into delicate, pleasant floral notes. The Muscat of Alexandria grapes arrived to the winery in the morning after being mechanically harvested.

Panicaut Blanc, a blend of Grenache Blanc, Marsanne, and Viognier has a rich nose, where citrus fruit mingles with white flowers. The palate is full, supported by pleasant acidity.
