The Sonderition Adele is a classic example of Blanc de Blancs with an Austrian flair. Bright gold color, with a green tinge and racy mousse. Fresh creamy apple and peach aromas, with a touch of pineapple and freshly sliced mango. Dry, fresh, vibrant palate of crunchy apple over juicy peach and more mango. Very refined acidity over balanced fruit intensity. A lean, very elegant crisp-apple finish.

Modern day Sektkellerei Szigeti ("Szigeti Sparkling Wine Cellar") was born in 1990 when the Szigeti brothers, Norbert and Peter, returned to their hometown of Gols to take over the family business. With their philosophy succinctly noted at the top of their letterhead: "Traditional bottle fermentation * Unmistakable fizz * Unique character," which means using only the finest grapes from carefully tended vineyards and the Methode Traditionnelle ("traditional method") of bottle fermentation, Szigeti is able to craft distinctive, high-quality, affordable sparkling wine.
