Beautiful ruby red. This wine exhibits soft aromas of roasted coffee and vanilla with spicy notes and hints of red fruit. Elegant with soft tannins and a long finish. It pairs well with strongly flavored meals and sauces. It can be enjoyed now or cellared.
The Cellier family have been wine growers for 8 generations. As the name of the domain suggests, three brothers have taken over the Cellier vineyards, charting their direction since 2007. Like alchemists making gold from lead, the winemaker melted different terroirs and grape varieties (Grenanche, Counoise, Syrah, Vaccarèse) from their vineyard of Châteauneuf-du-Pape in order to obtain an elegant and luxurious wine.
