Everything about the estate and the winemaking suggests a well-balanced lifestyle as their wines are not extravagant; just balanced and very delicious. They're the epitome of what a "Petit Chateaux" should be with the focus on making small amounts.
Their vineyards of Merlot and Cabernet Franc (80-20 is the blend) are planted on the right-bank in rocky, clay-limestone soils which makes for a wine that aromatic, sumptuous and velvety, and with a minerality that is a hallmark of the Cotes de Castillon appellation.
