Dark purple with mauve highlights. The nose supplies generous aromas of cassis, dried currant and cherry. The palate is fruit-forward with hints of smoke, oak and spice that lead into a long, lingering finish.
Chateau les Millaux is situated to the north of the Libourne district and neighbor some great appellations: Fronsac and Lalande de Pomerol. The property has belonged to the Bellot family since 1925 and passed down three generations pursing the objective of quality in both the vineyard and the cellar. The vineyard is composed of the traditional grape varieties of the Bordeaux wine-making (Merlot, Cabernet sauvignon, Cabernet franc).
