It has a delicate mousse and a complex nose mixing different fruits such as quince, peach and grapefruit. On the palate hints of honey and a lasting fresh finish. This is a lovely easy drinking French sparkling wine which is part of the Bollinger house.

The Psagot Blanc de Blancs was produced from 100% Chardonnay grapes. The wine went through secondary fermentation in bottle and aged on its lees for 6 years before release.
