From the imaginative Cabinet of Curiosities, Hendrick's presents the Grand Cabaret Gin, masterfully created by Lesley Gracie. Inspired by a whimsical 17th century fruit-based libation, this gin is a celebration of history and the spirit of lively gatherings.
From Israel's Pelter distillery, the perfect gin for apple lovers! Triple distilled from a base of Pink Lady apples, alongside a host of locally sourced botanicals, this is calling for a combo with some freshly pressed juice, or perhaps a sparkling fruit soda.
Bellows Gin has notes of spices, minerals and dried herbs This gin has a medium light body with a delicate, creamy texture and a good combination of rich aromatics.
Conniption American Dry Gin comes to us all the way from Durham (not the one near Sunderland - the one in North Carolina), made with a combination of traditional and modern production methods. To start, botanicals like juniper, coriander, angelica and cardamom are vapour infused in a pot still. Next, cucumber, citrus and honeysuckle are vacuum distilled at room temperature individually to keep their fresh and vibrant flavour profile, then blended with the rest of the spirit.
Our flagship spirit, Hardshore Original Gin, is a surprisingly complex gin despite being made with only five botanicals. It is bright and distinctive with leafy notes of fresh rosemary and mint upfront, supported by orris root (iris), coriander and, or course, bold Tuscan juniper.
Fresh notes of citrus and melon. Citadelle Gin Jardin d'Ete is reminiscent of the aromatics from a summer garden in the Charentes region of France. It is delicious in a Gin & Tonic, served with a lemon peel.
